Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Effortless Flow Google Sheets™ Add-on, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the add-on immediately.

2. Description of Service

Effortless Flow provides spreadsheet automation services, including invoice/receipt data extraction powered by Gemini™ AI OCR, document merging into Google Docs™ templates, PDF creation, bank transaction reconciliation, and tax e-invoice synchronization (MISA MeInvoice, Viettel SInvoice, VNPT, EasyInvoice).

3. Proprietary Rights and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on within your personal or organization's Google account according to your active subscription. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the source code.

4. Pricing and Upgrades

Subscriptions (Standard, Pro, Premium tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Plan transitions, upgrades, and renewals are handled dynamically using banking webhook integrations (VietQR):

• Standard: Basic plan with usage limits and basic AI OCR extraction features.
• Pro & Premium: Unlocks full bank reconciliation dashboard, increased OCR limits, and automatic tax e-invoice syncing.
• Downgrades: Downgrade requests are queued (Pending Plan) and applied only after the active high-tier contract expires.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Add-on is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss or business interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
